Every transaction starts with the understanding of the client’s goals. The process can take 9 to 16 months on average and is driven via a set of milestones we create with the client’s involvement. Depending on the need, we may partner with M&A specialists who have decades of experience in the field. Our goal is to help the client meet their goals while bringing credibility, clarity and transparency to the process from start to finish.
